DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

FLORSTONE currently delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Your order's total delivery time combines two stages: Processing Time + Courier Transit Time.

We partner with trusted UK delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.

Order Cut-Off:
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders submitted after this time or over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.

Every order undergoes quality checks and careful packaging before being dispatched, which accounts for the processing period.

PARCEL INSURANCE

Every order ships with free package protection included. If your tracking status hasn't updated for 5–6 days following dispatch, reach out to us at support@florstone.com. We'll assist you in opening a missing parcel claim with the courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress. Use these to monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
